Eliška Kosová
MD Eliška Kosová (née Nosková) has been working as a secondary physician at the clinic of the National Institute of Mental Health since 2016. She received her undergraduate education at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and completed part of her studies at the University of Leipzig. In her clinical practice, she specifically focuses on group and individual therapy for anxiety disorders using cognitive-behavioral therapy methods. She is a graduate of a 5-year CBT training program under the guidance of Prof. MD Praško at the International Institute of CBT Odyssea. She is currently a student in the Neuroscience postgraduate program at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague, where she researches neurobiological correlates of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Additionally, she is studying the application of virtual reality methods as part of her research activities. Another area of her interest includes distress associated with the perinatal period. She is the author of several articles, published in both Czech and foreign periodicals.
